Do You Guarantee Your Work?
ABSOLUTELY! We guarantee that once we have commenced cleaning you do not need to worry about it anymore. If in the unlikely event that your property manager is not satisfied with the cleaning, we encourage them to contact us straight away. You do not have to go back to the property for cleaning. In the unlikely case that you are not happy with the cleaning please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org with photos and we will rectify any problem areas free of charge.
How Can I Book My Clean?

What Time Is My Clean Booked For?
We do not provide booking times. We ask for keys to be left at the property but if they cant be or the unit is secure please let us know and we can text you an hour before the cleaning teams arrival. If you need two hours notice we can accomodate that as well just please let us know and please be mindful that our cleans run 24/7.
Is There Anything Else We Should Let You Know?
YES DEFINITELY!! Any important information that will affect the sceduling of your clean should be told to us immediately such as keys going back on a certain date and certain time, carpet cleaners or pest control booked with another company and when they will be there and the agent or owner inspecting on a certain day and time. The more information you can provide us the better so that we can ensure that we dont disrupt these plans to the best of our ability.
When Should I Book My Agents Inspection For?
DO NOT BOOK YOUR INSPECTION FOR THE SAME DAY UNLESS YOU HAVE TOLD US.
It is always better for the inspection to happen the 1 to 2 days after the service.
We also may need time to go back should the agent have any little touch ups they want done so you should book your clean in for a week before you need to hand back keys if you can.
